Gasthof Zur Muhle in Heideck

I love this delicious Tyrolean cuisine. Great ambience, the garden is an absolute highlight for small children and the food is great! We like to come back very often!

We like the Gasthof zur Mühle in Heideck !! We were already there with the last tenant, there was still good Italian cuisine, in my opinion that was difficult to top. But since spring 2019 there has been great Austrian cuisine there, the chef Louis is a "Tyrolean" and has really created a great concept! We were here for lunch the days and were completely thrilled! As a starter I took a cheese dumpling soup, a homemade beef soup with a delicious Austrian cheese dumpling and bacon dumplings awaited us here. For the main course we chose the daily recommendations "de Tiroler Schlutzkrapfen with spinach filling and vegetables tossed in butter", which was also a real treat! Despite full bellies there was a yeast dumpling in vanilla sauce for dessert, and one in butter, these were really delicious! The lovingly and professionally designed beer garden is especially great! There are even extra toilets for the beer garden, these were very clean and also well equipped, there is contactless paper from a dispenser, so I don't have to touch anything after washing my hands that I like! In addition, it still smelled good despite a lot of visitors in the toilet. The prices are absolutely fair and justified, everything was freshly and homemade, which is rare! One thing is for sure, the next time we are around we will be happy to come by again

Hi , I got my driver's license in Heideck in 1990. I come from the Zwickau district. The restaurant was opposite my accommodation. I was very often a guest and the people here were very, very friendly to me. I wish all residents of Heideck all the best and I hope to come back to Middle Franconia again. Bye.

Best food, top quality. The host and the wait staff are very friendly. You feel really comfortable here. Big portion. We were 10 people and we all got our food at the same time. For the desserts, several were put together especially for us. There are also various vegetarian dishes.

Here the chef cooks himself. And you can taste it. Absolutely great cuisine with Austrian delicacies. On the plates are neat portions and garnished with love accordingly. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, everything was very clean. The service was very friendly and always attentive but never intrusive. Likewise, the boss likes to come out of the kitchen and ask at the table for the right. Top! You get the feeling that you are welcome here as a guest. That's why we'll come back for sure.

We only know the inn not the hotel. The grill plate tasted good like aldic meat. Not comparable to an Austrian inn. For that price, you get a much better meal somewhere else.

A very good restaurant. Staff are very polite. And we are happy to advise. There are also plenty of parking spaces (for cars and bikes) that are not far from the entrance. The pizza tastes great and the selection is not exactly small. There is also plenty of outdoor & indoor seating with plenty of space. In addition, everything is always very clean. All in one a really good restaurant. But right from the start. With very nice employees.
